Mrs. Ratliff has been teaching at Immanuel Lutheran School since 2007. She teaches Full Day Preschool. She loves seeing the joy in the faces of the children each day and sharing the love of Jesus with them. Mrs. Ratliff is encouraged by the children daily as they play, show excitement, and learn new things.

Why do you feel called into Christian Education?
God is always at work in our lives. I love that I am able to share the love of Jesus with the children I work with all day long.

Why did you choose the teaching profession?
I come from a family of teachers and knew from an early age that teaching is what I wanted to get into.
What do you love most about teaching?
I love to see the joy and excitement on the faces of the children when they problem solve and figure things out and make connections to what we are learning about.
Why does teaching/working at Immanuel Lutheran School appeal to you?
Working at Immanuel is like a big extended family. The staff and families are all great to work with.
