Our Church

Immanuel Lutheran Church

Students and Immanuel families are encouraged to attend worship regularly. Immanuel Students regularly learn music to sing for the congregation on several dates throughout the year.

If you are seeking a place to learn, grow, encourage others, and show mercy and love to people, then we invite you to make Immanuel your church home. Immanuel members all have different experiences and backgrounds, yet together we are a community of people that are growing in Christ.

We are Palatine’s downtown church, founded in 1869, with a vibrant community-oriented school, founded in 1870. Immanuel is a member congregation of the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS).

Our church campus is newly refreshed, including enhanced security and technology, with more exciting improvements coming soon.

Our Mission:

“Jesus said: Go to the people of all nations and make them My disciples. Baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teach them to do everything that I have told you. I will be with you always, even to the end of the world.”
Matthew 28:19-20
