Re-Enrollment Checklist

Early Childhood | 2025-2026

You have already experienced the sense of community being a part of our school family. We're sure you'll want to continue this feeling as your child grows. This atmosphere of caring provides a wonderful opportunity for your child to reach their full potential academically, spiritually, and emotionally. At Immanuel, we strive to be your partners in commitment to your child’s Christian education. We are here to help! Please contact the school office at 847-359-1936 for guidance with the re-enrollment process.

The FACTS Re-enrollment Portal is now open!

Immanuel will switch to a new Student Information and Tuition management system, FACTS, for 2025-2026. You may recognize this name if you have ever applied for tuition assistance, as this company also handles financial aid assessments. We will finish this school year using Procare. The FACTS re-enrollment portal is now open! Learn more in Step 3.

If you are enrolling a student in Kindergarten next year, please use the link to be transferred to our Grade K-8 re-enrollment checklist.

Step 1

Enrollment Next Step

IMPORTANT: Please check your email for your re-enrollment form. Only one family email has received this email, and that is the email you should use to log in. We will send out information on how ALL parents can access the Family Portal. The email is from email@renweb.com.

Our new Student Information System is now open with a link to the information sheet for each of your returning students. The process should take approximately 15 minutes to review and submit. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. Please note the following

You will need to select pay in full or select a semi-annual or 9-month payment plan.

  • There is a one-time family fee to set up a payment plan (9-month: $55 per family, semi-annual: $25 per family). This is a change from the original payment plan fee. If this is a hardship for your family, please contact Marlene Tres. There is no setup fee for paying in full. There is a 3% fee for credit card transactions.

  • If you have more than one child, you will only need to set up a payment plan once.

  • You will receive an email with the actual payment amount breakdown in the weeks prior to the start of the school year.

  • You will have the option to upload forms, but dropping them off at the office or emailing them to Marlene Tres at ecdirector@ilcp.org is preferred. Medical forms and birth certificates for new students must be submitted before a student may attend school. Please do your best to submit them to Marlene Tres by June 6.

DO NOT forget to electronically sign and click SUBMIT.

*If you have an another child who would be in first year at ILS, go to the ILS website and select START HERE!

If you have any questions about these instructions, please email admissions@ilcp.org or call the school office at 847-359-1936.

Tuition Assistance

The next step is to apply for need-based Tuition Assistance, if desired. To apply for Tuition Assistance, you will need to complete a FACTS Aid Assessment through FACTS Management. Please complete this step as soon as possible to ensure a timely response. Please be aware that FACTS Management charges a $35 processing/handling fee. To complete the application, you will be asked to provide your most recent tax return documents. Be sure to explain your financial hardship in the notes section.

Step 2

Complete Required Medical Exams and Forms

Complete medical exams as necessary and submit all required forms before the first day of school (students cannot attend school until this requirement is met). You have the opportunity to download and upload these forms in the FACTS family portal, but the preferred method is to email them to Marlene Tres at ecdirector@ilcp.org or drop them off in the school office.

All Young 3’s, all 3-year-olds and new 4-year-olds must have an age-appropriate physical examination with the doctor and turn in the Physical examination form based on that visit, including updated immunization records (with Tdap booster and MCV vaccines). All new students must submit a birth certificate.

Parents or legal guardians who are requesting a religious exemption to immunizations or examinations should fill out the Religious Exemption Form.

If your child has an EpiPen or for medication administered during school or during before/after school hours, including but not limited to analgesics and inhalers, ibuprofen, antacid tablets, etc.; please give the completed Medication Administration Form to Mrs. Tres when dropping off clearly marked medication, with your child's name and instructions, in an appropriate pharmacy or over-the-counter container.
