Tuition Assistance
The next step is to apply for need-based Tuition Assistance, if desired. To apply for Tuition Assistance, you will need to complete a FACTS Aid Assessment through FACTS Management. Please complete this step as soon as possible to ensure a timely response. Please be aware that FACTS Management charges a $35 processing/handling fee. To complete the application, you will be asked to provide your most recent tax return documents. Be sure to explain your financial hardship in the notes section.
Step 2A
Scholarships
Immanuel Lutheran School (ILS) is pleased to offer criteria-based scholarships made possible through funding from Immanuel Lutheran School Education Foundation (ILSEF). These scholarships, while not need-based, are designed for families who would benefit from modest financial assistance. As a reminder, tuition assistance IS 100% needs-based, and the distributions from the tuition assistance program reflect that greater need.
Scholarships are available on a year-to-year basis, dependent on the funds available. If a student qualifies for multiple scholarships, ILS reserves the right to cap the total amount awarded per student for the academic year.
The first scholarship distribution will occur in March 2026 for scholarship applications submitted by February 16.
Additional distributions will be scheduled if any funds remain.
To apply, please complete the attached application and drop it off in-person to the school office or email to admissions@ilcp.org.
Step 2B
Schedule Summer Appointments
Complete medical exams as necessary and submit all required medical forms before the first day of school (students cannot attend school until this requirement is met). You have the opportunity to download and upload these forms in the FACTS family portal, or you can complete them and submit them to the school office via hard copy or email to admissions@ilcp.org.

Health Exam/Immunization record: Kindergarten & Grade 6 (with Tdap booster and MCV vaccines) Note: Physical exams are valid for 13 months.
