2026-2027 New Student Application & Enrollment

Early Childhood

We are so excited to welcome you to our Immanuel community! We strive to make the admissions and enrollment process as smooth as possible. The process is designed with your family in mind and it will connect you with members of our team who will guide you through the process and help to ensure that Immanuel if a good fit for your student and family. Schedule a Tour

Step 1


Registration Form

Upon completion of your tour, you will be asked to fill out a brief registration form that collects general information about your child, your family, and your preferred class(es). You can find these forms linked here. Please email completed forms to Marlene Tres at ecdirector@ilcp.org.

Step 2


Online Application

Parents of students who are new to the school must complete an online APPLICATION to onboard your family into our school management system. This will be done in FACTS. Click on “Apply Now”, then follow the instructions. During this process, a Teacher Referral Form will be requested. If you are enrolling your child in Early Childhood, please write N/A.  

NOTE: There is a $25 FACTS fee when submitting the application. 

Step 3

Online Enrollment

To complete the next step, you will receive an email from FACTS with a link to enroll.

Our Enrollment system is open with a link to the enrollment packet for each of your students. The process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. Please note the following

  • You will need to select pay in full or select a 9-month payment plan.

    • There is a one-time $55 family fee to set up a 9-month payment plan

    • If you have more than one child, you will only need to set up a payment plan once. 

    • You will receive an email with the actual payment amount breakdown once your payment plan option has been reviewed.

  • You will have the option to upload forms, drop them off at the office or upload them to your family portal at a later date. Forms must be submitted before a student may attend school. 

DO NOT forget to electronically sign and click SUBMIT.

Registration Fee

At this point, you will be billed the $150 registration fee through FACTS.

Tuition Assistance

The next step is to apply for need-based Tuition Assistance, if desired. To apply for Tuition Assistance, you will need to apply through FACTS, which can be accessed using the QR code. Please be aware that FACTS Management charges a $35 processing/handling fee. To complete the application, you will be asked to provide your most recent tax return documents. Be sure to explain your financial hardship in the notes section.

Scholarships

Funding for ILS Early Childhood scholarships is generously provided by donors committed to supporting early childhood education.  While these scholarships are not need-based, we encourage only applicants who would benefit from financial assistance to apply.  Scholarships are offered on a year-by-year basis, contingent upon available funds.  If a student qualifies for more than one scholarship, ILS reserves the right to cap a maximum amount per student for the academic year. 

The deadline to submit this form to ecdirector@ilcp.org or the school office is May 1, 2026  for the distribution that will take place in May. A student needs to be enrolled and the registration fee paid for 2026-27 to qualify. Additional distributions will be scheduled based on any remaining funds.

Step 5B


Schedule Appointments NOW for Summer!

Please complete medical exams as necessary and submit all required medical forms before the first day of school (students cannot attend school until this requirement is met). All students need the liability form. New students need the Ethnicity form, Physical form, and a copy of their child's birth certificate. Please turn all of these forms in to Mrs. Tres or your classroom teacher.

Physical Exam/Immunization record: All students new to ILS (with Tdap booster and MCV vaccines) *must occur after August 18, 2025 to be valid for 2026-2027

Race and Ethnicity Data: All students new to ILS

Parents or legal guardians who are requesting a religious exemption to immunizations or examinations should fill out the Religious Exemption Form.

If your child has an EpiPen or for medication administered during school or during before/after school hours, including but not limited to analgesics and inhalers, ibuprofen, antacid tablets, etc.; please give the completed Medication Administration Form to the school office when dropping off clearly marked medication, with your child's name and instructions, in an appropriate pharmacy or over-the-counter container.

Once all admissions steps are completed, your student is fully prepared to embark on their educational and spiritual journey at Immanuel Lutheran School!
